Dr. Giga Nadiradze is a practicing anesthesiologist and ICU doctor based in Israel. Born in Georgia, he has built his career across different countries and healthcare systems - giving him a perspective on medicine that is rare, international, and deeply human.
Every day he walks into an operating room and meets patients who are terrified. Not just nervous - genuinely afraid. Afraid of not waking up. Afraid of feeling pain. Afraid of the unknown. And every day, his job before the surgery even begins is to turn that fear into calm.
After thousands of those conversations, he realized something: most people never get those answers. They meet their anesthesiologist for five minutes before going under. They spend the night before surgery searching online and finding nothing trustworthy.
